Thoroughly wash your hands to remove dirt before handling the contact lens.

Apply several drops from the cleaning solution directly onto the contact lens.

Apply gentle pressure onto the lens with one finger, then rub the cleaning solution into the lens using small circular motions. Rub the solution into the lens in this manner for one minute.

If cleaning a soft lens, rinse the lens with cleaning solution. If cleaning a hard lens, rinse the lens using tap water. Then if you are not going to use the lens right away, place it into its case.

Fill up the lens case with cleaning solution to keep the lens clean while it is stored in the case.
