Remove your glasses for several minutes and let them defog naturally. Sometimes the humidity in the air causes your glasses to fog up.
-
2
Spray your glasses with anti-fogging solution if the first step does not have long-lasting success. Anti-fogging spray can found at most drug-stores. If you have sensitive eyes, however, you may find that the spray irritates your eyes.

Use Unisol 4 Saline solution if you have sensitive eyes. Prior using this solution, wash your hands with baking soda.
-
4
Rinse your glasses thoroughly with the baking soda.

5
Squeeze approximately two to three drops of the saline solution on the the inner corner of your lens. Make sure to do this for both lenses. Place the glasses on before the solution completely dries. The solution prevents your glasses from fogging up.
