What foods to avoid for gout?
Foods rich in purines:- Organ meats (liver, kidney)
- Meat and poultry
- Fish and shellfish
- Certain vegetables: asparagus, cauliflower, dried beans, green peas, lentils, mushrooms, spinach
- Sugar-sweetened beverages and food
- Alcohol, except beer in moderation
Excessive protein intake:

High fructose corn syrup:
- Found in many processed foods, soda, and snacks
Limit salt intake:
