If you have a high level of uric acid in your system, it is possible to reduce it naturally. Uric acid is produced naturally in the body and is excreted in urine. Abnormally high levels of uric acid can lead to gout, diabetes, and kidney problems among other health problems.

      AVOID ZINC - Avoid extra zinc in your diet. High levels of zinc help increase uric acid levels. Zinc is good for raising uric acid if you are experiencing low uric acid levels. If you are trying to keep your uric acid levels balanced avoid extra zinc.

      DRINK MORE WATER - Drink plenty of water every day. Water is excellent for your overall health. Water helps to dilute vitamins and minerals in your system that could lead to increased uric acid such as sea salt.

      AVOID SEA SALT - Do not consume high levels of sea salt. If you like to use sea salt, only do so in moderation.

      AVOID FRUCTOSE, SUCROSE AND HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP - Avoid fructose based products. They are not good for you any way and they can contribute to high levels of uric acid.
