Apple cider vinegar is another remedy for gout. Drink 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp. honey, mixed in a glass of water, daily. You can also apply a cloth soaked with full-strength vinegar to the gout.
Dandelion

Dandelion, especially the leaves, can reduce uric acid in the blood, which can help relieve a gout attack. Dandelion can be prepared as a salad or a tea.
