1
Choose a comfortable, quiet place to apply the cream.

2
Wash your hands, then open the tube. Fit the applicator nozzle onto the tube until it stays without getting too tight. Squeeze the cream from the bottom, like a tube of toothpaste.
-
3
Lie on your bed on your back, or sit on the closed toilet lid with a towel placed underneath your buttocks to prevent any spilled cream from staining the bedspread or dripping onto the bathroom floor.
-
4
Draw your knees toward you and part them gently to either side. Relax and insert the applicator into your vagina to apply the cream. Be sure to press it in deep enough, if not the cream will simply spill onto your skin. Press the plunger. The cream should empty completely into the vagina.
-
5
Stop squeezing the tube when the proper dosage fills the applicator. The applicator usually has a mark to indicate the amount needed for one dose. Gently unscrew the applicator and put the tube of cream aside.
-
6
Slide the applicator out of your vagina gently. Wash your hands and rinse the applicator.
