What is a gyno exam?

A gyno (or gynecologic or pelvic) exam is an exam, sometimes with a screening/preventative focus and other times with a problem-solving intent that focuses on the vagina, cervix, uterus, Fallopian tubes, and ovaries—as well as the urinary system’s bladder and urethra.[1]
