I had sore breasts nauscious for a few days. Now 5 weeks 2 days pregnant lost all symptoms from ago.. Have some mild cramping as well. Very worried. Is this sign of miscarriage?

It is important to note that every pregnancy is different and symptoms can vary from person to person.

Having said that, it is not uncommon for pregnancy symptoms to come and go during the first trimester, including breast soreness and nausea. The loss of these symptoms does not necessarily mean that you are having a miscarriage. Mild cramping is also common during pregnancy and is usually not a cause for concern.

However, if you are experiencing any new or concerning symptoms, such as severe abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, or a fever, it is important to contact your doctor or midwife right away. These could be signs of a miscarriage or other complications.

Your doctor or midwife can assess your situation and determine if there is any cause for concern. They may recommend an ultrasound or other tests to check on the health of your pregnancy.

In the meantime, it is important to stay hydrated and rested, and to avoid strenuous activity. You should also contact your doctor or midwife if you have any questions or concerns about your pregnancy.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

* Miscarriages are common, and occur in about 15% of pregnancies.

* The risk of miscarriage is highest in the first trimester, and decreases as pregnancy progresses.

* Most miscarriages are not caused by anything that the pregnant person did or did not do.

* If you have had a miscarriage, it is important to grieve the loss and allow yourself time to heal.
