How to Cure Candida & Yeast
Things You'll Need
- Acidophiles Supplements (for all yeast overgrowths)
- Healthy, Unprocessed Foods (create a menu in advance of what you'll be eating while on this plan)
- Garlic (both supplements and fresh garlic bulbs)
- Yogurt (as fresh as possible)
- Tea Tree Oil
- Gentian Violet
- Vitamin C and E Supplements
- Comfrey-Calendula Cream (for outbreaks on the skin or vaginal yeast infections)

Internal Yeast Infection

Deprive the yeast of their food sources through the candida diet, which consists of elimination of all processed foods and most sugars from the diet for at least three weeks.

Avoid caffeine as it tends to weaken the body's natural immune response.

Take plenty of garlic and vitamins C and E to boost the immune system. Garlic is also a natural antifungal.

Drink at least 12 glasses of water daily.

Vaginal Yeast Infection

Insert one acidophiles tab vaginally twice daily, usually first thing in the morning and before going to bed.
