How to Grow Eyebrow Hair

Eyebrows are often called the "frames" of your face. A beautifully shaped arch can make a person look years younger while bringing out the beauty of their eyes. When done with care, shaping the eyebrows is a normal grooming process. However, overplucking can have dangerous consequences. Years of waxing and tweezing to shape and arch eyebrows can weaken the hair follicle causing eyebrow hair to stop growing.

Instructions

    • 1

Pour 2 tablespoons of castor oil into the glass bottle. Castor oil is a carrier oil used to dilute strong essential oils.

    • 2

Add 5 drops each of rosemary and sage essential oils. Slightly shake the bottle to mix the oils together. Rosemary is a time-honored homeopathic remedy to stimulate the hair follicle. Sage is a stimulant that increases blood flow and circulation. Both help to stimulate the growth of eyebrow hair.

    • 3

Store the bottle of oils in a cool, dry place for 24 hours to allow the oils to mellow. This causes the essential oils to become more potent.

    • 4

Remove any and all makeup from your face including anything you may have put on your eyebrows to make them darker. Pat your eyebrows dry with a clean towel.

    • 5

Use your finger to apply a few drops of the rosemary/sage mixture onto your eyebrows or brow bone. Rub it in for about 20 seconds, and leave on overnight.
