How to Regrow Hair at Home
It is normal for a person to shed 50 to 100 hairs each day, but certain factors can cause more hair loss. Hormone shifts, pregnancy, and menopause can effect a woman's growth cycle, causing hair loss. A lack of vitamins and inadequate nutrition in diet can force hairs into a rooting stage, causing several hundred hairs to fall out each day. Hereditary factors usually cause hair loss in men, and hair loss is more common in men than women. Using effective home remedies can restore hair by encouraging healthy regrowth.Things You'll Need
