How to Take Nettle Leaf for Hair Health
Stinging nettle is a flowering plant that grows throughout the temperate regions of the world. Tiny hairs filled with chemical compounds that cause a stinging sensation when touched cover the leaves of the nettle plant. The roots and leaves of the nettle plant contain many medicinal properties. Since the days of the ancient Greeks, people have recognized stinging nettle's ability to stimulate healthy hair growth and relieve dandruff.
