How to Treat Gray Hair Naturally
Gray hair is a natural sign of aging that can often be an unwelcome guest. While some believe graying hair to be a sign of sophistication, others will do anything to hide it. The exact age when gray hairs start to appear varies from person to person and is ultimately determined by genetics and certain lifestyle choices, such as excessive sun exposure or smoking. Strain the liquid into a spray bottle and refrigerate overnight. Discard the herbs left in the strainer.
