Release tension. Tension headaches are common in our bustling society. Tension in the body and poor posture can put stress on your spine and aggravate the neck and head. By taking time out of each day to relax and release some of your tension, you can help relieve the headaches that it causes.

Go through the time that it will take to recognize and address all of these factors with your doctor or health care provider. From skeletal problems and alignment to tooth and eye sight problems, there can be many things causing you to suffer from chronic headaches.
