First,have a hot meal and beverage.Have some spicy food preferably with generous amount of cayenne pepper and ginger.Have ginger tea or cinnamon coffee.Hot meals and beverages will help relieve the cold and sinus pressure around the jaws.

Heat a saucepan with water.Heat it till it comes to a boiling point.Turn off the gas.Add a tsp of vicks vaporub.If you don't have vaporub,add a drop of eucalyptus oil and a clove.If you have a few basil leaves,add a few to the water.Wrap a towel around your head and do not let the vapors escape.Inhale the vapors deeply.This helps in relieving the pressure around nasal passages and forehead.

Heat some coconut oil/olive oil in the microwave and add a drop of eucalyptus oil to it.Massage your face and scalp with the lukewarm oil.Apply pressure with the help of index fingers above your eyebrows and behind your ears.Do this massage for 10 minutes or until you start feeling some relief.Do this before you are going to bed and wipe away the excess oil with cotton buds.
