Get enough sleep. Conditions such as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome can cause unusual tiredness, and sufferers often deal with daily headaches. To combat this problem, rest throughout the day and sleep at least eight hours a night.

Limit your caffeine intake. If you drink several caffeinated beverages a day, and you deal with daily headaches, you may have a slight addiction. Limit your intake or eliminate these beverages from your diet.

Stay away from irritants. Often, daily headaches are due to allergies from perfumes, shower gels, lotions and other scents. Take allergy medication and avoid irritants to stop headaches.
