Are the walls same thickness and both ventricles?

The walls of the ventricles are not of equal thickness. The left ventricular wall is much thicker than the right ventricular wall. This is because the left ventricle has to pump blood to the entire body, while the right ventricle only has to pump blood to the lungs.
