What is the resting heart beat?
The resting heart rate (RHR) is the number of times your heart beats per minute when you are at rest. It is typically measured when you first wake up in the morning, before you get out of bed.
Normal resting heart rate ranges
•Adults :60 BPM to 100 BPM, with an average around 72 BPM
•Athletes/Highly active:40bpm-60bpm
