I am only 5 weeks why my baby have a heart beat?

It is not possible for a 5-week-old embryo to have a heartbeat. At this stage of development, the embryo's heart is still forming and the circulatory system is not yet complete. The first signs of a heartbeat can be detected through an ultrasound scan at around 6-7 weeks of pregnancy. However, even this early heartbeat is not heard with a traditional stethoscope used during prenatal checkups. It is typically seen on the ultrasound imaging. The stethoscope can usually pick up fetal heartbeat after about 12 weeks of pregnancy
