Turn the wristband over so the display faces downward, and set it on a solid surface, like a table.

Open the wristband strap so you can fit your wrist inside. The strap works with a hook and loop adhesive, so you just have to pull the wristband straps apart to open them.

Place your wrist on the strap with your palm facing upward. The monitor should be positioned in the middle of you wrist.

Pull the straps around your wrist and press them together to close the wristband. The monitor should ft tightly around your wrist, but not cutting off circulation.

Push the "Power" button located on the lower-right front corner of the monitor display.

Leave the monitor on your wrist until the display stops adjusting itself and indicates the reading is complete. You can take the monitor off and the reading will be saved.
