How to Use Sugar to Cut Acidity

- Measuring cup
- Bowl
- Measuring spoons
- Baking soda
- Stirring spoon

Measure 2 cups of sugar and pour it in the bowl.

Measure 2 teaspoons of baking soda and pour it in the bowl with the sugar.

Stir the sugar and baking soda together in the bowl and keep covered until use to avoid clumping.

Add the sugar mixture to sauces, coffee and in any foods that you need to cut acidity. Add a few teaspoons of sugar to start and taste the food continuing to add the sugar until it is the preferred reduced acidity.
