Heatstroke is a more serious condition that occurs when your body temperature rises to 104 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. Symptoms of heatstroke include:

* No sweating
* Confusion
* Seizures
* Loss of consciousness
Heatstroke is a medical emergency. If you think someone is experiencing heatstroke, call 911 immediately.
To avoid getting too hot without sweating, take the following precautions:
* Drink plenty of fluids, especially water.
* Avoid sugary drinks and alcohol.
* Wear loose, lightweight clothing.
* Take breaks in the shade if you are working or exercising outdoors.
