If you have hemophilia what are the chances of giving it to your kids?
If you are a female carrier of hemophilia, your sons have a 50% chance of having hemophilia and your daughters have a 50% chance of being carriers. If you have children with a male who has hemophilia, all of your sons will have hemophilia and all of your daughters will be carriers.
The risk of passing on hemophilia can be significantly reduced through genetic counseling and prenatal testing.
