How to Read Your Blood Pressure Numbers
Every time an individual goes to the doctor, a blood pressure reading will be taken. Blood pressure readings are important in determining whether or not an individual is suffering from high blood pressure or hypertension. Hypertension can lead to serious problems such as heart disease if not treated properly with lifestyle changes and/or medication.Instructions
