The pressure on Jupiter varies greatly depending on the depth. At the surface, the pressure is about 10 bars, which is about 10 times the atmospheric pressure on Earth. However, the pressure increases rapidly with depth, reaching over 100,000 bars at the center of the planet. This immense pressure is due to the enormous mass of the planet, which exerts a strong gravitational force. The high pressure also contributes to the extreme temperatures found on Jupiter, which can reach up to 24,000 degrees Celsius (43,232 degrees Fahrenheit) at the center.
