1
Purchase a large bottle of white distilled vinegar. Because it will be consumed on a daily basis, a restaurant-size bottle or one purchased from a wholesale store will last the longest.
-
2
Measure and pour four tablespoons of vinegar into a glass. Drink the vinegar by itself or mix it with other drinks or food. Consider mixing vinegar in tea, fruit juice, or salad dressing. It can also be added to meat and fish for flavor.
-
3
Consume the vinegar at least three times per day, every day.
-
4
Allow up to six months for the vinegar to lower blood pressure.
