If you have a Hydrosalpinx can still your menstrual period?

In most cases, yes, a woman with a hydrosalpinx can still have menstrual periods. A hydrosalpinx is a condition in which one or both fallopian tubes become blocked and filled with fluid, typically caused by pelvic inflammatory disease or previous surgery. While a hydrosalpinx can affect fertility and sometimes cause abnormal bleeding or pain, it does not usually stop menstruation altogether.

Menstrual periods occur when the uterine lining (endometrium) builds up in preparation for possible pregnancy, and then sheds and passes out of the body if pregnancy does not occur. This process happens regardless of whether the fallopian tubes are healthy or not.
