Progesterone cream is a bio-identical hormone and isn't for birth control, which confuses many as to its proper usage. Progesterone cream helps to balance hormonal disturbances caused from menopause and perimenopause, PMS, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), stress, and infertility.

Menopause and Perimenopause

• When estrogen levels drop during menopause and perimenopause, progesterone levels also drop leaving too much estrogen without enough progesterone in the body to oppose it.
