  • 1/4 teaspoon of granulated or ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of water

      Mix the ginger and celtic sea salt.

      Add water gradually until a paste is formed.

      Using your fingertips, gently rub the paste on the swollen gums.
