      Drink a combination of lemon juice and olive oil. Mix two ounces of lemon juice with two ounce of olive oil and consume the beverage. This combination eliminates the calcium buildup in the body, the main cause of kidney stones. If mixed correctly, stones should begin to dissipate within 12-14 hours.

      Avoid drinking caffeine. Caffeine dehydrates the body and makes you more prone to developing kidney stones.
