Symptoms of Anxiety Health
-
Trouble Concentrating
-
Constantly watching for signs of danger, having a feeling of a "blank mind," and not being able to concentrate or being easily distracted are all common symptoms of anxiety health. Avoiding caffeine and nicotine may lessen concentration symptoms.
Feelings of Apprehension
-
Feeling jumpy, anxious or tense, and a general feeling of dread or malaise are considered symptoms of anxiety health. Having an easy startle response, trembling or shaking can be signs of anxiety. Getting sufficient rest and eating a well-balanced diet can help maintain positive anxiety health, and exercise may aid in distracting from current worries and lessen anxiety symptoms.
Irritability

Muscle tension, headaches, self-isolating, feeling irritable or constantly under pressure, fearing a loss of control, and constant mood changes can all be suffered with anxiety.
Frequent Urination
-
Having diarrhea, or frequently urinating or feeling a sudden urge to urinate during times of stress can be a sign of anxiety health. Stomach cramps, stomach upset, nausea or vomiting associated with anxious thoughts or events can be indicators of anxiety.
Shortness of Breath
-
Finding it difficult to breathe, experiencing shortness of breath, feeling faint, frequent yawning, chest pain or tightness, dizziness, experiencing a choking sensation, lightheadedness and tightness in the ribcage area are all symptoms of anxiety.

-
Restlessness, an inability to sleep, falling sensations when not falling, night sweats, hyperactivity, a sensation of floating when eyes are closed, nightmares and bruxism (teeth grinding) are all associated with anxiety health.
Heart Palpitations

Irregular heartbeat, exceedingly fast heart rhythm, coughing fits caused from a "tickling" sensation in the chest, pounding heart, ribcage pressure and constant concerns about heart rhythms can be suffered if experiencing anxiety.
