What Are the Causes of Fatigue & Diarrhea?
Fatigue and diarrhea are both conditions that can severely interrupt your life. While both conditions in themselves are not usually serious, they can indicate a more grim problem.-
Fatigue
-
Fatigue can not be described as simply feeling the desire to go to sleep. Fatigue can be felt in the muscles and joints, and can leave you feeling like there is no energy to continue the day. Fatigue is common, but if it is not relieved by sleep, nutrition, and low stress, you should see a doctor.
Causes
-
The exact cause of fatigue is often hard to pinpoint. It can be caused by sleep irregularities, asthma, gastrointestinal disorders, lack of or too much exercise, and certain medications. Fatigue can also be caused by psychological issues such as stress, depression, and anxiety.
Diarrhea
-
Diarrhea is also a very common condition that most people have experienced. While this is true, diarrhea can be a sign of a few very serious conditions.
Causes
-
Diarrhea, like fatigue, can be caused by certain medications. It can also be caused by viruses, bacteria, lactose, fructose, and digestive disorders.
Considerations
-
Diarrhea can lead to fatigue because it causes the body to become dehydrated. If you have serious enough diarrhea and lose enough water, you can become intensely fatigued.
