How to Soothe Nausea
Nausea can be the result of many different conditions, ranging from mild to serious. Common causes of nausea include morning sickness during pregnancy, viruses that affect the digestive system and simple gastric irritation from various types of foods, such as spicy foods. Nausea sometimes, but not always, precedes vomiting, which is a natural mechanism your body uses to purge contaminants from your system. There are multiple ways to soothe the discomfort associated with nausea.Instructions
