Which vaccine cures plaque?

No vaccine currently on the market or in development can cure dental plaque. Plaque is a biofilm that forms on the teeth and contains bacteria, food debris, and saliva. It can be removed through regular brushing and flossing, but it is not curable in the same way that a disease can be cured.
