Which antibodies will be in the serum of a person with blood type BRh plus?
A person with blood type BRh positive will have anti-A and anti-B antibodies in their serum. This is because the B antigen is present on the red blood cells of people with blood type B and the Rh (D) antigen is present on the red blood cells of people with Rh positive blood. The immune system of a person with blood type B Rh positive will produce antibodies against the A antigen and the Rh (D) antigen in order to protect the body from foreign blood types.
