Use (Hair, Nails, and Skin)

• For the hair, nails, and skin, BioSil should be taken twice a day, with five drops being taken each time. You must mix the five BioSil drops into 1/4 cup of fluid (juice is recommended), and drink it in its entirety.

Use (Strong and Healthy Bones)

• For keeping the bones healthy and strong, BioSil should be taken only once a day. Six drops of BioSil is the recommended dosage amount. It should be blended into 1/4 of a cup of a liquid (like juice), and then immediately consumed.
