Sneezing and coughing spreads the disease, so make it a habit to limit hand-to-hand contact. Thoroughly washing yours and your children’s hands is imperative. Get enough rest, eat a healthy diet and if you have not, start on a good exercise program. This will keep your immune system healthy and better able to fight off infectious diseases.
