Infertility is the inability for a couple to become pregnant after a year of attempts. There could be a variety of different problems if you are having trouble conceiving. One of the problems may be the man's infertility or inability to impregnate the woman.-
Time Frame

A couple mainly achieves pregnancy within the first six months. There may be no obvious signs that the man is infertile. However, the inability to achieve pregnancy within a time period of six months to one year can be the most obvious sign.
Testicular Problems

There may be physical signs of male infertility, but they are less noticeable. The list of physical signs includes masses on the scrotum, small testicles or one testicle that is smaller than the other, pain when urinating and swelling of the testicles.
Ejaculating Problems

Ejaculating the sperm is an essential factor in attempts to fertilize. Ejaculatory problems can include having a hard time achieving or keeping an erection, white-colored urine after ejaculation and ejaculating without producing semen.
Hormonal Problems

Infertility in males can also be caused by hormone problems that affect testosterone levels. Physical signs that a man is experiencing hormone problems include soft or smaller testicles, blurred vision, voice changes, muscle weakness, agitation and insomnia.
Causes

Men who participate in a healthy lifestyle tend to have healthy reproductive organs and are more capable of reproducing. The causes of infertility in men can be linked to men who smoke, abuse alcohol, use anabolic steroids, wear tight underwear and don't include enough vitamin C or zinc in their diet.
