  Make sure that you are not pregnant before beginning FertilAid. If you suspect you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test to confirm. Otherwise, start taking FertilAid on the first day of your menstrual cycle.

  Read all directions carefully before taking FertilAid. Take three capsules daily. The capsules are quite large so you will want to swallow with water. It is recommended that you spread out the dosage, taking one capsule with each meal.
