How do i stop my tummy rumbling and making weird noises in an exam it really distracts me from the test its also embarrassing please help because need it?
Here are a few tips to help you stop your tummy from rumbling and making noises during an exam:
* Eat a light meal before the exam. Avoid eating heavy or greasy foods, as they can cause indigestion and gas. Instead, opt for something light and easy to digest, such as a banana, yogurt, or oatmeal.
* Avoid drinking carbonated beverages before the exam. Carbonated drinks can cause gas and bloating, so it's best to avoid them in the hours leading up to an exam.
* Take a walk before the exam. Walking can help to get your digestive system moving and reduce the likelihood of gas and bloating.
* Sit up straight during the exam. This will help to reduce pressure on your stomach and intestines, which can help to prevent gas and bloating.
* Take deep breaths. Deep breaths can help to relax your body and reduce stress, which can also help to reduce the likelihood of gas and bloating.
* If you do experience gas or bloating during the exam, try to relax and don't focus on it. The more you think about it, the worse it will seem. Just focus on your exam and try to forget about it.
If you are experiencing severe gas or bloating that is interfering with your daily life, you should see a doctor. There may be an underlying medical condition that is causing the problem.
