What are the symptons of chronic renal failiure?

Chronic kidney disease (CKD), formerly known as chronic renal failure, is a progressive loss of kidney function. In the early stages, CKD may not cause any symptoms. As the condition worsens, a person may experience a variety of symptoms, including:

* Fatigue

* Weakness

* Nausea

* Vomiting

* Loss of appetite

* Itching

* Skin rashes

* Swelling in the hands, feet, and ankles

* High blood pressure

* Anemia

* Confusion

* Seizures

* Coma

In the later stages of CKD, a person may need dialysis or a kidney transplant to stay alive.
