How to Become a Dialysis Technician in Massachusetts
Dialysis technicians, also called renal dialysis technicians and hemodialysis technicians, work with patients whose kidneys are failing. These patients come in several times a week for hours at a time to use the dialysis machines. The dialysis technicians are in charge of preparing the patients, monitoring the machines and administering any treatment needed after dialysis. All 50 states have the same general rules for becoming a dialysis technician, but Massachusetts has a specific school you can attend for that purpose.Instructions

Attend a dialysis technician training course. In Massachusetts, Everest Institute and Lincoln Institute of Technology offer this course. Some hospitals may also offer the course at different times. At the end of the course you will receive certification.
