How to Get Lighter Skin Fast
Things You'll Need
- 2 tbsp. oatmeal
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- Water
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup egg whites
- Saucepan
- Stove
- Licorice extract
- 15 SPF or higher sunblock

Exfoliate the skin using a mixture of two tbsp. of oatmeal, two tbsp. of brown sugar and a 1/4 cup of milk. Rub the mixture into the skin and rinse off with water. An exfoliating body wash can also be used in the shower to exfoliate the skin.

Mix one cup of lemon juice with one cup of egg whites in a saucepan. Place the saucepan on low heat until the liquid thickens. Let cool and apply to the skin for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing. The leftover mixture should be stored in the refrigerator.

Add a layer of licorice extract to the face each morning and night. Licorice extract can be found at health food stores. Keep it fresh by storing it in a cool, dark place.

Apply a sunblock with an SPF of 15 or higher to the skin. Sunblock will prevent harmful UV rays from darkening the skin. Repeat steps one through four daily to lighten the skin quickly.
