Homemade Plastic Incontinence Pants

Urinary incontinence is a common disorder that affects millions and twice as many women as men.       You will need to purchase a sanitary pad that is the most comfortable fit for your particular size to use as the pattern. Take cotton towels and place the pad on top. Draw the pad’s shape onto the towel and then cut as many pieces that you think you may need for thickness. Then take a piece of waterproof plastic material such as a shower curtain or table cloth and cut it out the same shape. Sew all the materials together around the edges. Sew flexible hair bands at each end and connect to a sanitary belt for steadiness. They can be washed in the washing machine and used over and over. You can then move forward throughout your day normally with the security of knowing that you are protected.
