Exercise is essential to good health, but many people suffer from dizziness during exercise. Dizziness can be a sign of a more serious condition, or may be caused by quick changes in position.-

-
When preparing to exercise, it is important to eat properly. A meal that has complex carbohydrates, healthy fat and protein is essential to fuel your body for the workout to come. Improper nutrition can result in low blood sugar and dizziness during exercise. Over-training may also cause dizziness and nausea during exercise. Remember to start slow, and work up slowly.
Not Enough Water

Water consumption is important before, during and after exercise. It is important to remain well hydrated due to the fluids lost through sweating. Always keep water on hand, and if you are exercising outside be conscious of the time of day. Avoid exercising during the hottest hours of the day to avoid dizziness and possible heat exhaustion.

Vertigo is a spinning sensation that can occur without warning. Many people may feel this sensation while exercising due to the quick change is the position of the head. Standing up too quickly from a lying position may result in momentary dizziness. Remember to stand up slowly, and if dizziness continues seek the advice of a doctor.

In some cases this type of dizziness can result in an injury from a fall. This condition can be caused by inner ear problems, sensory disorders, muscle weakness, and certain medications (such as anti-convulsants, tranquilizers and sedatives).
