How to Decrease Pain In Your Foot When You Have Compressed Nerves

I have recently discovered that I have numerous compresses nerves in my foot. It is one of the most painful things I have been through. If you do are having severe pains I would suggest you see a doctor. I have found ways to decrease my pain, in addition to what the doctor does.

Instructions

    • 1

Run a warm bath. Make sure it is as warm as you can stand it. Soak for about 20 minutes. This alone helps a lot. You can also use a foot bath if you prefer.

    • 2

When you remove your foot from the tub, immediately elevate it. Keep it elevated throughout the day, unless you have to get up.

    • 3

If you have a prescription for a cream rub the prescribed cream on your foot as directed.

    • 4

If the pain is still extreme, take an over the counter pain reliever.

This may not work for everyone. This is some things that I have done to reduce the pain. It does not eliminate it.
