How to Decrease Pain In Your Foot When You Have Compressed Nerves
I have recently discovered that I have numerous compresses nerves in my foot. It is one of the most painful things I have been through. If you do are having severe pains I would suggest you see a doctor. I have found ways to decrease my pain, in addition to what the doctor does.Instructions

Run a warm bath. Make sure it is as warm as you can stand it. Soak for about 20 minutes. This alone helps a lot. You can also use a foot bath if you prefer.

When you remove your foot from the tub, immediately elevate it. Keep it elevated throughout the day, unless you have to get up.

If you have a prescription for a cream rub the prescribed cream on your foot as directed.

If the pain is still extreme, take an over the counter pain reliever.
This may not work for everyone. This is some things that I have done to reduce the pain. It does not eliminate it.
