Exercises to Improve Peyronie's
Peyronie's disease is a condition that causes a bent penis in men, more commonly known as curvature of the penis. Men diagnosed with Peyronie's often experience difficulty in performance; eventually the curvature may prevent erections and interfere with normal functions of the penis. The condition brings with it not only physical changes, but emotional and mental as well. Exercises to improve Peyronie's offer many men improved function and greater self-confidence and self-esteem.-
Stretching
-
Stretching exercises the penis to help break the plaque of scar tissue that builds up on one side of it, which constricts muscles and creates the curvature common to this disease. Fibrous scar tissue often accumulates just beneath the surface of the skin, causing tightening and stricture that becomes hard and very inflexible. Grip the penis around the head and gently pull the penis away from the body. This exercise is performed with a flaccid penis. Stretch the penis to the maximum that is comfortable until you can feel the pull at the base of the penis. Stretch the penis for several minutes every day.
Curved Jelq
-
Straighten a curved penis through a common exercise known as the curved Jelq. Begin the exercise by applying a thin layer of lubricant to the penis and onto the palms of your hands. The penis should be partially erect for this exercise, but not fully erect. Create an "OK" symbol with your right hand, and slowly "milk" the penis in the opposite direction of the curve. If your penis curves to the right, you'll want to "milk" it to the left and vice versa. Your left hand should hold the base of the penis. As your right hand ends the first stroke, switch hands, now milking the penis with the left hand while the right hand holds the base of the penis. You should firmly grip the penis with the milking hand, the thumb wrapping around the shaft of the penis and applying pressure on the curved side to help break the plaque. Perform this exercise daily, for about five to 10 minutes at a time.
Massage
-
Massage the area of plaque on the side of the penis where contracture is located. Massage this area firmly, incorporating stretching exercises into the massage for added benefits. Breaking up the layer of plaque is the key to straightening the penis, and takes time and patience. Increase pressure during massage or stretching to focus on the curvature. A natural remedy to accompany the massage is to use 1 tablespoon of olive oil when massaging the penis, or 2 teaspoons each of honey and milk for added benefits. Dip the hands into the mixture and massage it into the surface of the surface of the penis as you're performing the massage.
