When ambulating a patient and they start to fall what should you do?
2. Break their fall. If the patient does fall, try to break their fall by catching them with your arms or body.
3. Lower them to the ground. Once you have caught the patient, lower them to the ground slowly and gently.
4. Call for help. If the patient is injured, call for help immediately.
5. Stay with the patient. Stay with the patient until help arrives.
