Heat 8 oz. of filtered water and allow to cool slightly, until just warm.

Add 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar to your warm water.

Gargle three times, spitting out the liquid the first two times.

The third time you gargle, swallow the vinegar-water mixture.

Repeat this process once each hour until your symptoms have improved or disappeared.
