How to Take Your Heartbeat Through Your Pulse
There are many ways to check your heart rate, including taking your heartbeat through your pulse on your inner wrist or your neck. Taking your pulse will measure your cardiovascular activity and oxygen consumption. The measurement is calculated in beats per minute, or BPMs. Checking your heartbeat through your pulse is most often used before, during and after physical activity to assess whether your body is performing within your target, or optimal, heart rate. Taking your heartbeat through your pulse is not to be confused with checking your blood pressure.Instructions
